We were proud to have four of our Starlight teams competing at the Steel City Trophy 2026. Each team took to the ice with determination, teamwork and passion, representing the club brilliantly in a busy and competitive event.
Starlight Tornado had a brilliant performance in the busy Adult category placing 6th. Their score of 23.70 gave them a seasons best and a big improvement on their technical score. They have been working hard on their wheel & travelling element and were proud to have improved on these technical calls throughout the season.
Starlight Storm didn’t have the skate the team had hoped for, however sometimes it goes like that, that’s synchro. We will take away the lessons learnt from the competition and use them to build our resilience as a team together and comeback fighting once again.
Starlight Thunder had a fabulous skate at Steel City Trophy and scored a seasons best of 48.19, an amazing way to round off the season and say a very sad goodbye to Vogue.
We are so proud of our Starlight Blizzard Super Agents! This weekend they achieved an amazing personal best score of 22.23 and placing 9th overall in the Beginner category at the Steel City Trophy Club International 2026! This is a fantastic improvement on their previous skate, with an increase of 2.77 .
It’s so good to see our team growing in confidence and developing with every competition. We are incredibly proud of all their hard work and progress.
